The Hong Kong Maritime and Port Development Board (“HKMPDB”) is teaming up with Xinde Marine News for the very first time to present the Hong Kong–Shanghai Maritime Connect – and it’s happening on 24 September 2026 at the Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai.

Under the theme “Empowering with Finance, Safeguarding with Law: Hong Kong and Shanghai Join Forces to Navigate Towards Net Zero”, we are bringing together top-tier representatives from the shipping, maritime services, finance, legal sectors across both cities to discuss on two key issues:

✶ How can green finance accelerate the shipping industry’s green transformation?

✶ How can high-value-added maritime services propel our international maritime centres to the next level?

Expect a keynote address, dynamic panel discussions, and a networking luncheon afterwards – because real opportunities are born over good conversation.
